Plant an orchard...pecan trees, fruit trees, any other kinds of fruits that more or less take care of themselves.

It's also good to be aware that in those areas, BECAUSE of the list, there will be less lower hanging fruit.

This monetary relief should be a top priority for the administration but so far it hasn't borne much fruit. 

I guess it's like apples risk vs. oranges risk: recently-built apartment complexes are apples and involve risk (the construction defects, the stress Class A experiences during an economic downturn, etc.) and value-add/renovation type business plans involve oranges risk: you won't probably see any construction defects, but you have more vulnerability that the renovation plan + improved operations plan + repositioning will not work as optimally as originally hoped.

I have the meet up app but was wondering what other platforms I can use to find popular real estate networking events in Southern California preferable close to orange or LA county.

A property I own in Port Orange has gone through the roof in appreciation and people were fighting hand over fist to rent it this past Spring. 

I’d like to create a network in the inland empire/ Orange County, CA area.

All that means is they are buying the low-hanging fruit which I don't want anyway.
