Hi,Is there a master list of podcasts, numerically , so that I can cross them off as I listen to them, or make notes on which ones to listen to again?

There are of course numerous other ways to market to off-market deals like FaceBook, Cold Calling, Google Adwords, Driving for Dollars, Networking with other investors/Realtors, Bandit Signs, etc...

There are numerous reasons I would not waste my time with this property.  

I know it all depends where you invest but we are looking around a $200,000 budget to start with.It seems the cheaper properties equals cheaper rents so just trying to wrap my head around how to make this a positive cash flow without having to run numerous smaller units.ThanksJennifer
