The room has been my gym the whole time. 

For two main reasons: 1- I’m not sure it will really provide long term benefits to the tech firms jumping on the bandwagon now 2- I’m not sure how many employees will ultimately like it, after the forced-Covid-novelty wears off. i.e. it’s hard to get all those cool tech co benefits like free gourmet food, gyms, awesome office spaces, etc., etc. piped over a zoom meeting.As for WFH effect on the Bay Area, keep in mind that when people work from home, their direct environment becomes MORE, not less important.

What perks can you offer to help you stand out, from the furnishings & decor to the amenities (pools, gyms, etc., arcade games, TVs, etc).

Converted pool to saltwater, got the hot tub working, added a backyard gym.

Does he want a complex with a gym and amenities or is he wanting with a small complex with less red tape?

Avoiding traffic by hitting the gym after work is awesome for a 25 year old, not so awesome when you have a child in kindergarten 🤷🏻‍♂️

Quick background regarding one of my businesses:-Martial arts gym, started in 2006-Little growth (up to 35 members) by 2009; merged with my business partner around that time; neither of us took marketing or growth too seriously -From 2011-2012, we tripled in size from 35 members to about 140.

Typically, the communities consist of 1 story detached sfr and 1 story attached town houses and the community amenities may include club houses, golf courses, pools, gyms, tennis, ect.  

Party A is looking for a 25,000 sq ft property to place his gym/ wellness center.

Aside from maintaining a happy relationship, my time has been spent @ the gym, consuming REI info, and resting.But I know I can optimize my time to better help myself, my loved ones, and my goals!
