If you have a master suite with it's own bathroom and maybe some french doors, all you have to do is put a dorm fridge and a microwave in the bedroom and come to an agreement on when the room mate has access to laundry or other parts of the house.  

Do you have a GFCI outlet connected to the stove or fridge?

They moved out in a hurry and left all kinds of junk behind, including a fridge full of food.  

I knew there was no fridge in the main floor unit, but thought that I was getting one (extremely small) fridge, two stoves, and a washer and dryer.

It was a bit odd though, as they left the fridge, stove, washer, dryer, etc. 

I have left the fridge plugged in, but do not put a can next to it.I have never dealt with outside, but the bombs are for enclosed areas. 

Yes if it's an emergency and her fridge went out and is waiting for a new delivery otherwise.. over accommodating and soundsKeep a list of odd and out of bound type salutations and compare with company policy and write up the employee for the infraction if your permitted to do that.. if a verbal, correction to policy isn't enough.But watch your back,, they could be making a list about you also.. 

I wrote up a contract i found online and filled in the blanks, that worked out for about a year and never had any problems besides replacing the fridge and the washer.
