Many Non-qm pulled out of the space with the virus scare turned into economic mess/liquidity issues in the markets, and now some have returned, but some haven't, so navigating the waters is knowing who's doing what out there.

We have already decided not to do this due to the virus (we would feel terrible in anyone got sick due to us wanting to reduce that vacant time a couple/few weeks).I question:If it will be as easy as usual to find a qualified tenant?

But I believe it was closed because of the virus.
