Hello, everyone!

My name is Mayne. I recently moved to Connecticut as of September from my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio. I am looking to expand my network and meet any local investors and Real Estate professionals! I am still adjusting to the market out here, but I am excited to learn more! Thank you all.

@Cameron Norfleet Thank you for the knowledge! I figured the low interest rates would certainly keep the market propped up for the foreseeable future. I also didn't take into account the mass migration of NYC residents moving into the area. That makes total sense due to the circumstances of the virus. I actually live in Meriden so this is essentially my backyard for the time being. That gives me the opportunity to learn the ins and outs on where I am currently living. I definitely look forward to connecting with you as well as learning more about other markets throughout the state! Looks like I have some homework to do lol.
