Happy 2023 Love it, intention was my goal for 2022, but I ended up getting distracted & pulled into so many different projects.

It focuses on getting all the things that are truly important in life by giving up many of the things that just aren't that important but easily become distractions. 

Thought about going STR (or medium term to travel nurses), but I don't want to be distracted managing it and/or have to furnish either the Boise home or the SD home.

My plan is to migrate away from iSoft as its way too complicated for my team members to use and is overkill for my operation.I am not currently a Leadpages user but learned about it thru planet Perry (Perry Marshall).It would be very easy to get too distracted building dozens or perhaps hundreds of landing pages if the primary focus ought to be traffic and lead generation.

So I'm busy looking for that and I don't want to get distracted and get a huge tax bill.

Your a distraction.  

This may be a great deal, but if they don't match the current criteria of your plan, they are nothing more than shiny objects of distraction.
