Seeking advice/feedback on my current plan
Hello all, I’m brand new here. I am 18 looking to begin my real estate journey. I read “How to Invest in Real Estate” and am currently reading “The Book on Rental Property Investing” and I have a basic plan for how I will start my journey, and I’d like any feedback or advice I can get. My current plan goes as follows:
1. This summer I will be working in sales, working to earn enough money to start investing in some form or another.
2. I’d like to reach out and find an experienced house flipper mentor that I can partner with and learn from, that way I can also afford down payments while partnering and gain valuable experience.
3. Use the money I earn house flipping to “house hack”
4. Start using the money/experience earned from flipping to invest in more rental properties.
Does anybody have any feedback or advice for my current plan, or a recommended other plan I should follow? Thanks in advance! Really excited to be here!

Network your butt off and make the most of your sales job. Your success in that job will directly correlate with what kind of hustler you are.
