Back in 2012 someone went on ripoff report and said I was a scam artist.

but lets see what others think there are always crooks out there that are happy to scam the system like you want to do@?

or should I chalk this up as a potential scam He has a good concept for a funding program for renovation and flipping the property which is why I was wondering if anyone has done business with him.

And I don't think there has been a podcast devoted to how to invest as a financial partner.  

I had a cat with kittens locked in a garage once, it was all a scam to get cash for keys since they read online that animals+power on=occupied.   

Are "hard money loans" and "bad credit mortgages" unrealistic for most people, are they scams, or are they really for short-term flippers with big $$$?

I have a FT job at a  bank but I'm planning on devoting at least 40-50 hours a week to my real estate career.Can anyone give me an idea of how much volume do brand new agents sell the first 1-2 years?

We welcome any not scam folks to make contact with..We have found many scammers and some legit.

A person who is willing to devote 7 days a week to the real estate investment, remodeling and the resale market place.

My question is how would I proceed to effectively aquire and rennovate the property without getting scammed?
