I read an article about food companies cutting down on extraneous fancy stuff (no more strawberry Oreo cookies, for example) and paring their product line down to their core offerings.

Will they be focused on your best interest, or will you be a part of their cookie-cutter system?

I am almost leaning towards sending a general and "cookie-cutter" letter to these homeowners because I don't know how I would feel receiving a letter from a complete stranger with some personal details about my life and family.  

While cookie-cutter sites are usually frowned upon, Investor Carrot sites seem to benefit from sharing the same subset of data within thousands of websites in the same exact niche.

It is now required to install sprinkler systems in triplex (another 30k approx).I recommend going for built as cookie cutter duplexes.

If this is a legit scenario, then any competent professional can handle this.Also remember - taxes are not cookie cutter, one size fits all scenarios.

Quicken is really good for the cookie cutter conventional loan.
