@Josh Hyman it gives an excellent job in giving all the foundations/components (he calls it four boxes) of how a flipping business works, what to look out for, what he does in his own successful business in his own local market. he also says that every market is different and you need to know your market really well and tweak it to your needs. if you have already know what flipping is all about, or read a few books about it, this might not provide any more value.
