What markets are the best to shop in right now as an investor ?

As home sales are down in most markets some, some are still moving in a good direction to neutralize and move on either side of the market bar. Finding and narrowing down in todays current market flow is a bit more rough when percentages are fluctuating and everyone’s being extra tight on where they want to buy in. I could use a little help and information from some VETS in here on where or how I could really narrow in on a good market knowingly. Let’s get to talking😃
