Also, increase your income through gigs (uber, lyft, rover, task rabbit, etc), sidegigs (upwork, fiverr), crush it at work and negotiate a raise, crush it at work and go find another job at a competitor (bank bout 8-10% raise)... just to name few ways :)

You'd be surprised, very often they can shave off 1/8th (0.125%) just to be sure to get the loan when they know you're otherwise going to go to a competitor.

Maybe, along with headquartering next to competitors (Lockheed, GD, Danaher, etc.), they're looking to try and pull from the pool of cleared personnel in D.C.Just spit balling here, but with the little I know it makes sense to me.
