Do tenants pay their own utilities (water, power, sewer, garbage) in Winter Garden for both SFH and MFH?

@Jason Malabute, I would look at your competitor's listings to get a better idea what a tenant might expect for your targeted area. The other option is to ask the PM's in that area as well, due to their local knowledge. Good luck!
