Over the last 100 years, Californians have paid BILLIONS of more actual dollars to the Federal Government than any other state(due to population).I think a better question to ask is why does an illegal immigrant, who pays nothing in taxes, get a free college education and many of us who do pay taxes have to pay exorbitant tuition rates?
