If the market is incredible hot then maybe you can just console yourself with the fact that you won't be having to get in a bidding war.The down side is that in tenant purchase situations it's pretty tough to get the owner to give you concessions for the condition of the property since you're living in it as is now.

I have a decent size position in a MHP currently and am satisfied so far, especially due to the leverage restriction limit of the fund set at 50%.The deals I have seen do behave bond-like for cash flow but not upon exit.

I personally like bigger dogs than smaller ones - they often behave better and don't scratch and chew as much as the smaller ones - so weight isn't much of a factor to me.
