If Airbnb is suddenly zoned out of existence like in las vegas how many payments do you think that scammer/hustler would make after that happened.

Hey guys so I’m looking to currently buy my first house my credit is above 700+ I’ll have a co signer aswell to increase my DTI if needed I’m looking to acquire a 300-325k home in Las Vegas my goal is to live for free I wanna rent out the rooms to cover my mortgage and all expenses if possibly I’d like some advice on people who have done this prior I plan on getting a single family how do you come up with a estimate to how much rooms can rent for? 

Vegas is interesting.  

In Vegas you have as you probably know a great service center and show room..

BUT, the vacancy rate was at least 10x higher in vegas for MFR over SFR. 

I have been an agent here in the Las Vegas area for 3 years now but looking to make the transition over to strictly investing.

I’ve gotten great appreciation in SD, but I’m setting my sights on a more affordable market now so I can scale faster - Las Vegas.
