One observation is that I would get a longer term. 6 months sounds like a long time, but with the craziness of refinancing and the amount of time it can take, I would make sure to at least get 9 months.

Finally - Also, be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like commercial, Washington, broker, etc ) so you'll be informed that those words were mentioned in the forums and then you can jump into those conversations to observe or ask or answer questions.
