The job is fairly straight forward its a double vanity top and the surface mount bowl sinks are already on the jobsite.

I am selling so I am going manufactured slab counters with under mount sink and the best price I have found is $46 3cm with $150 for sink and sink install...so my 51/2 foot vanity (from 1976) is getting a $765 countertop.

They're mounted near the ceiling so won't interfere with furniture placement.

You will have to find other homeowners who want the neighborhood to look decent, wait until it's time for the next board election, mount a big effort to go around the neighborhood and collect proxies and get yourself elected to the board.

I am most familiar with the south side of Chicago and its suburbs, so I would recommend you look into Chicago neighborhoods like Mount Greenwood (pricy, but you might be able to find something), South West side of Ashburn/Scottsdale, midway / Garfield ridge.As for the suburbs, I would start with Blue Island (new community college campus just moved downtown, finished bridge work and infrastructure projects recently, hospital near downtown), Evergreen Park (TONS of new businesses built within the last few year), Oak Lawn (Christ Hospital expansion, along with new businesses on 111th and Cicero), Alsip and a few others.

You can buy a stand to mount the camera on and control it from your phone if you want a picture without you in it.3.
