We are used to working with investors out of country from Canada, Australia and England.  

. ;)I'm probably a rarity, in that I was born in one country (Israel), migrated to another (Australia) and then married into a third (Japan) - so for me, investing out of state, country or continent was a no-brainer.

On credit card points / miles we've flown to Europe twice, Tahiti, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, the West Coast (most of the time in business class), as well as going to Hawaii and ski resorts every year for 13 years, with a family of 6.

I own real estate in Australia, while renting in New Jersey.

That's (1/6) the dry surface area of the planet.A lady in Australia named Gina Rinehart owns 23 million acres of land.Ted Turner owns 2 million acres.The LDS Church owns more than 1.7 million acres.Bill Gates owns 270,000 acres of American farmland.The investment firm BlackRock owns the majority of single family houses in the country.Just saying.

I do know that capital is flowing out of China and bidding up markets like Australia, so there might be a reason.Would be interested to know what you see happening there.
