Hey, I'm Sam Phillips

Just started my journey into real estate investing. The last place I've lived in the US was Phoenix AZ. Now I live overseas. Want to get into real estate liens and deeds to build a life of financial freedom.

I currently work as an IT professional and I joined this site to network with other investors. Because I'm physically limited to what I can do, I'm looking to join up with a partner or 2 for real estate deals.

The laws vary quite a bit from state to state. It is very important to understand the intricacies f your state. often the county website will have good information about tax sales but it can be hard to find.

I took a tax sale attorney out for breakfast and got an hour or so worth of legal advice for the cost of a meal. Many tax sale attorney will want you as a client so may be willing to offer some free advice to help you get started.
