Granite slabs would have been the last thing I'd think of, I'd think logistics would be a real issue.I can see and know we could get signs, banners, home welcome gifts, anything printed, embossed, hats, work and casual clothing, gadgets for advertising such as cards, pens, pen-pencil sets, calculators, watches, phones, really any small item for home, auto or business and promotional novelties.

I'm not a decorating pro though.Sherwin usually offers a color consultation for free if you purchase $50 in paint.I've also hired women that work at Home Depot to pick out color and inventory.

Its amazing when you see all the clothes that people will leave behind.

My only problem is (some) women change their minds so it's another couple of days of negotiation mid stream.On one build we had ALL the materials shipped in from Ohio (cheaper than paying taxes & suppliers here in NY), & the builders we used were from W.Virginia.

Tenants would let friends come over to wash clothes, hook a hose up to wash cars during the summers and leave the hose going for hours, not report any leaks, etc.Yes you can use outside companies or bill the difference but the end of the day the landlord has to bring up the difference if there is not 100% compliance which I have not seen.

. :)Tenancy is determined locally, here if they have furniture there, they are not guests, if they hand clothing, more than a traveler might have, they may be a tenant.

BTW, the house was recently on TV news as the owner(s) were using it for an incubator house for pregnant, undocumented Asian women.

You can always wear heavy clothes if your really afraid of them a simple leather jacket and heavy garb on the rest of your body would suffice but the hard part is wearing all that in Florida. you bring protective clothes in your car and change when you get back to it.
