That said, if you keep your foot in their *** 24/7 then they will have a different incentive ;) EXPECT WHAT YOU ACCEPT when you don't get an answer back for 7 days, you must make it painful for them.

As for the Cleveland market in particular the city of Cleveland itself has some of the highest fines of the surrounding municipalities but they are not the only one that can be a pain at times.

One advantage is it might help us avoid a potential dip in the LA market in a few years if the multi-families are in a more stable area undergoing less speculation.We'd really appreciate any input you guys might have.
