Buy some trees and have tree spaded into key visual areas. 

I was actually driving for apples, you know, just looking for run down apple trees, pies in the windows, all the usual signs.   

This also protects you from dying trees, etc, and tenant is responsible for keeping it healthy/nice.Good luck!

We also did a tremendous amount of tree work, which surprisingly didn’t have any impact on my premium.

The land needs work (tree removal, etc.), but (as is) the property has increased in value by 120k.

@Kayla Johnson Plumbing will only be the one bathroom and the kitchen but it’s possible trees got in the lines outside and my mom just got a $10,000 estimate to repair one section of her sewer lines to one section of her house due to trees.

I would at least call the insurance agent...they might be able to help.Lightning recently struck a tree 30ft from my house. 

Had to go to court YES court as the tree branch was laying on the neighbors fence and it cause her, ready for this, PTSD,,,,,,,,, Yes when the judge told her she lost, she went crazy,, or should I say crazier LOLOK another, the tiny branch from a front bush was taping against the window , she asked us to come over, REALLY !!!! 

Tenants will break stuff, AC units die, and trees fall on roofs.
