I wanted to be loyal as I've always gotten great service from them, but you have to consider the product and how painless for you it is.I encourage you to seek out and compare different lenders.

I think the way our society is now, people will need more and more places to live that a smaller house that is a new build will be a huge selling point.

And many that make thousands of dollars on one transaction and really add no value or use any of their own money.With all this being said what I would encourage all of you to do is to find someone locally that you can trust if you are purchasing out of state.
