It doesn't sound like this "statutory agent" is an "agent" as we understand in normal course of day to day life where the agent can bind you with their actions.

DJ always boasts about how hes Christian and a Jesus follower to gain peoples trust but his actions clearly show otherwise. 

What I liked about his was it was focused more on the actions to take rather than just education.

The deal is so small that no government agency will ever take notice or pursue an enforcement action.
