2) Schedule tours?

I don't thinknitbis so much about a specific area as it is a good price on a specific property that has views and amenities that people want.I would set up search for popular mountain tourist locations and be patient till the right property comes along and be ready to pounce.You can put a property under contract to lock it up and then schedule a viewing and make a decision during the due diligence time.

Lots of schedule Es I can not read or understand.I obviously know my rent "income" and my costs (especially since I make NO positive cash flow money on it and mostly loose money (last year I lost "only" -$1175) so i want to know what i made in appreciation versus how much I lost per year for the past 20 years. 

Consider if a modified schedule would work (like Tue-Thurs in the new town), or if you could drive there and back Mon morn and Fri afternoon...not for long term, but just long enough to keep the occupancy a few months longer.  

Doesn't have to be 7 days a week or even 8 hrs a day but some sort of set schedule so new people can sign up for units.

We scheduled the appraisal which was a full appraisal for May 6th.

Also, if this were you,as a guest would you feel better if there was a published shooting schedule?  

I hear countless horror stories from borrowers who get held up due to bad bank administration policies which are most impactful when you’re working on a draw schedule.
