I've met a lot of great people on BP, whom I have met in person as well...some who have turned out to be great friends and/or partners. 

Based on this pick your target persona or who you will be catering to.

Hi Kenny,It looks like a happening place.It looks like a true positive for the city.I have a question though, you (like many) mention "Young Professionals".Professional what; dentists under 30 years old, just graduated attorneys, what specifically makes a "young person"  a Professional for something like this (???)

I personally shy away from turnkey b/c I’d be paying a premium for a standard experience, that is most likely not targeted to a specific guest persona.

@Luka Milicevic sorry buddy I would definitely not rent to this person as a lot of other people have said in this thread it is very hard to get an eviction on your record.
