There was nothing I could have done, and I, as the homeowner, have an expectation that this thing be delivered properly - without stains or discoloration - from the beginning.He had the nerve to say to me that maybe I should have gone out on the patio and swept away any leaves that had fallen during/after the rain on the thing..

Examine what costs should be paid for out of closing and what costs can be considered a deductible exchange expense.

The roof lines and wall layout look like it's not.I absolutely recommend you have a structural engineer make a visit to examine the case. 

I know that you can get financialy independent everywhere, but I have already my CeMAP examination in Scotland, future offshore job opportunities ( I study engineering) in Scotland.

They had their examiner look into it. 

In addition to the previous points, depending on the company, you may even be able to wholesale some of your deals to them.Add them to your potential buyers list and examine their own marketing techniques/practices to see if there is anything you could apply to your own business.
