Good morning, The bigger pockets podcast that posted last night 10.13.16 will be very beneficial for you as well.  

My classes take up the majority of my morning and early afternoon, then of course I have to spend time outside of class studying.

But what I thought they said is to figure out the cash flow and then divide it by two because history has tended to show that unexpected expenses (new water heater in yr 1, roof repair yr 2, etc) tend to eat up about half of your earned cash flow.  

Or I can learn how to trade Futures and be a Daytrader and maybe make $500 to $1000 each morning like my partner does.

I can add/subtract/multiply/divide.
