If you are independently wealthy or have a boatload of equity in the property buy an umbrella policy, otherwise I wouldn’t bother With an llc.And of course....These words were typed by a non-lawyer saying what he would do, now what you should do.

Of course most won't show or a simple case of non-payment and are adjudicated within a few minutesHowever, it is not uncommon for a contested case to be reset if the judge thinks extra time will be neededWhile we all know what the ultimate result will be, the judge might want to verify deeds and such independently of documents furnished by either party before rendering a decision.

Usually the smaller independent wholesalers are much better and have better deals since they are more personal and can relate to the home owner and aren't some big company trying to steal their house.

But from what you've said it doesn't appear that what you're doing qualifies since you did a $75,000 renovation, it'd be tough to claim that was 30 independent $2,500 projects with de minimis.
