Isn't there some system on the internet that picks up words and phrases, key words, that identifies posts where guru support staff types or franchisees can go to post remarks, under the radar, perhaps reverse phycology gaining a bit of credibility while advancing other aspects?

It seems that Fresno county doesn't have anyone on staff qualified so my guy is going to try to get the geo-technical engineer who did the soil test to do the inspection. 

I put people in business, paid my staff, supported my family and was very well compensated for my efforts.

Staff should be made aware of the changes as soon as possible.

I'm not a big client, but he fits me in when I need the work done.As a small-scale landlord, I don't have full-time staff, but count on these people to keep 20 units running smoothly, and consider $50 reasonable to help keep me on their list of customers to prioritize.  

One key though that is often overlooked is the eviction volume levels and the staff on hand to execute the writs.

There is a caveat to this: if the company employs 5 full time staff positions during the year {not necessarily all staff for the full year}, then the income will be classified as "active" and the CCPC tax rate will be applicable.

So the question is do those companies have needs, or is there already someone on staff doing notarizations?

Instantly, you know this person has no staff, little or no help, and limited resources.

I could have had staff do it, but it makes me aware of what is going on with properties, tenants, etc better when I get out there and check on it.I stopped and got a ton of Furnace Filters and just went knocking unannounced to say I was ensuring they were warm, etc.Can't learn what is going on in the areas, with tenants, with properties just posting on here.
