At 5+ units, you're in commercial territory, so amount of loans shouldn't even be an issue unless your global DTI is weak, but it doesn't sound like it.

I would just be happy with global warming or move permanently to our home in Florida  :)

This is a global network and you can learn at your own pace from different people around the country that do this on a large scale.

I am quite concerned that the new "global warming" regulations coming very soon will destroy half of the jobs and kill real estate here.

I found a reputable contractor who sublet the job and took an 85 year old floor with gum etc and made it into a beautiful natural wood floor with sanding etc and coats of poly.

Depending on who you listen to it's likely already started with the expectation to be worse globally than it is here, although that's all relative.

@Nicolas Vautier I am about as worried about the water shortage as I am about global warming and a meteor striking earth and causing Armageddon.  

From my travel's I have experienced people less fortunate than I, while I was able to help teach them (not only English, others such as Basketball and few other hobbies) I realized that yes I was able to make change, but it is really small in the Global scheme of things.
