A lot of you STR people are pretty good at decorating.My interior decorator skills are pretty basic, maybe you can help me.I have the main piece, the big black 3 level bar.I did a photo mockup of it with some kind of woven bamboo screen behind it and a mirror above.This is my home office, and though not a hard drinker, I like to have a mini-bar for those that are.The bar is open in the back and front, gloss black, glass and chrome.It's 4 foot tall, 4 foot long and about 15 inches deep.So what are your thoughts on setting it up.I have been thinking about having a black stone top made for it, for durability against spills.Does my setup look attractive, or could it use some sprucing up?

The thing is that site built, and stick built in particular, is a time-tested, high quality, substantial, long lasting and durable way to build housing....and generally (at least until recently) fairly cost effective.

Doesn't have to be the most expensive, but something that is more durable because some tenants are rough on stuff.For door locks, get one that the PM can reprogram/rekey (assuming they do it-mine hired a locksmith for some reason).
