And than you run a sales appointment and the home owners are going on and on with an architectural digest out how they want this elaborate $220k kitchen reno and than say there budget is $35k, can you make it happen, you NEED to make it happen, because they can't settle for anything less than Brazillian Walnut cabinets and Italian Marble c-tops....

As a newbie, I was able to grasp and digest the information very quickly.

I used to really chart these 4 benefits and it caused me to write a complete chapter on 2 of the 4, C&D.I also learned a couple other things: Your home is about the only thing you get to declare interest paid and about the ONLY place you can avoid capital gains every couple years and make a killing...Good luck digesting the above.

Most of the time if they call, I let the initial call go to voicemail so I can have time to digest their request.- Giving my home address for rent payment.

A bit off topic but I just thought I'd mention, 6 properties is a lot of information to record and digest.

As a newbie I'll need time to digest so much info bit I thank you for sharing with me what was shared with you.

I figured as much, just seems like there is a lot of information to digest out there, but probably not worth the heavy upfront payment of $10k with nothing being guaranteed.

The rest is available to you in the form of free podcasts, youtube, online forums, blogs, etc. and the old fashioned books (or Kindle if you want to be modern there too) - more information that you can digest, only time to have.
