Hi All,

My name is Robert , I live in Baltimore, MD with my wife and two beautiful daughters.

My experience in Real Estate has been wholesaling for the last year. I have aspirations beyond wholesaling. Generating investment capital is my foremost intention at this time. The roadmap I'm currently following starts with wholesaling, then flips, then buy and hold residential properties

Like most of you, I've read a bunch of books , but I'm a hands on learner. I even attended a Yancey 3 day seminar(and yes they are still calling me with low,low prices for the next one) but I learn more by doing than reading. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get started as long as its legal and ethical.

Thank you All in advance, for sharing your experiences, success and (possible mistakes) that we all can learn from.....
