Hello all,First we had Virtual currency, now you can buy virtual real estate. 

If you are doing this with Crypto, that would be extremely risky and a bad move IMO.  

I was able to save up, while investing in stocks and crypto, I bought my first home last August to help my family move out to Atwater, Ca. 

People are scared because there is a massive amount of uncertainty right now due to rising interest rates, media screaming about markets slowing down in real estate, stock market selloffs and crypto crashes.

This is the first time however I will be sitting out of this market and will pass on deals I think are solid for at least the next few months.The fact that gives me the most pause to think I am wrong-Currency traders are betting Central Banks will have negative interest rates in 18 months or so. 

Cryptocurrency will soon be worth less than the cost to mine it meaning it will also go to 0.

Right now we're in a unique storm where more people with money are wanting to put their capital into investments with a strong track record - the stock market has been volatile - crypto & bitcoin has been iffy lately - people want to invest and they may need someone like you to assist them. 

One of the big reasons the luxury market is slowing down is they can't borrow against their assets because the stock market/crypto etc is down.

I have about $20k in crypto, $5k in a wealth simple robot investing account, my partner owes me $25k that she will be paying back over the next year, and my brother owes me $30k that he will be paying back over the next year.
