Looking To Get Started!

Hello everyone!

This is my first post here on this forum and looking to start my journey in investing in SFR's. I currently stay in San Jose, and work a regular 9-5 job. I was able to save up, while investing in stocks and crypto, I bought my first home last August to help my family move out to Atwater, Ca. After buying my first home, I started to learn about HELOC's, which had lead me to bigger pockets! I've barely just started researching and studying REI only a month ago now. I bought 2 books (BRRRR and Investing with no money down) and been diving into podcasts every day. I am constantly taking notes, and even now reaching out to a few of my friends for some insight, who are also agents in the area. I am meeting with one of them 1 on 1 tomorrow, to discuss my goals. It's been quite exciting learning everything and I am hoping to take the leap on my first rental property before the end of this year!

Cheers everyone!
