This kind of echoed my opinions. It's still a good time to sell, but also a good time to buy. The luxury market is about to really really slow down. If you have higher priced flips, I'd get them done as soon as possible. If you are looking to upgrade to a more expensive home, might want to wait. One of the big reasons the luxury market is slowing down is they can't borrow against their assets because the stock market/crypto etc is down. What are you all seeing and feeling?
