They then show a string of addresses you keep trying to bounce them around to.Stability for your tenants should be one of your top priorities.

To answer your question, your agent may have some suggestions and your GC certainly should give you his opinion but have an idea of what you want to do and bounce it off your team.  3 & 4 - Traditional will certainly fetch better rates than a Hard Money Lender however you will likely have to go through a long and lengthy process. 

I don't really know the market, or the specific neighborhoods well, and was hoping to bounce ideas off local investors and do a little tangible driving for dollars work together to get the creative juices flowing. 

We are looking for a mentor in the area that we can bounce ideas off of and point us in the right direction.

We have probably 20% international students and only 1 or 2 every year bounce early...never ones from Asian countries though.

I need to locate an investors group and similiar groups here in Maine that i can occational bounce off of, and maybe build some business connections. and i can increase my postitive with "HEARING" through reading, video's, audio. one of the greatest steps to a new life is to be able to recognize that one CAN change their thinking, thereby one CAN change their lives.
