Greetings everyone!

I'm Travis Brown.  My wife, Tina, and I are tired of the J-O-B, and we are excited about starting this new chapter in our lives! Our plan is to start out with "buy and hold" quadplex properties for positive cash flow and to build wealth for our family.  After doing a lot of research and personal education we are looking at using private money to get this plan rolling.  I look forward to reading all the helpful information on this site and continue listening to the podcasts.  Even though we've learned so much to this point, we have a LONG ways to go and understand that you can never learn too much!  We are looking for a mentor in the area that we can bounce ideas off of and point us in the right direction.   Also, since we are new to real estate investing, we are still trying to build our team.  Thanks in advance for everyone's help!
