Also, FYI, you can't roll a tiny home on it (says the county) but you could probably build a tiny home sized home.Anyway, like I said, this is just a bonus and my curiosity has me wondering what the end buyer could do with it.

We have used mutual funds, bonus payments at work, inheritance funds, birthday money...we just set aside all extra funds so that we could have down payment funds for the next rental or renovation.

I would say, a basement is generally less desirable than above ground space but if you throw in a private bathroom it would be a bonus that might off-set the living in a hole issue.
