I will be taking a trip down to the permit office, but I thought I'd look for some feedback here in order to get the juices flowing. 

It would be great to pick up a new client and there is potential for some pretty big follow on work but I am not sure the juice is going to be worth the squeeze. 

I am confident we could handle the work associated with it, but not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze.

We are 10 years in already from 2007 but many experts believe the tax policy will juice investing and the economy a few more years past it's natural down turn. 

That way if the company goes belly-up the broker doesn't get the commission for the whole sale.

So, while they can belly up to your sink to get a drink directly out of the faucet (lol), the chances that they will do much damage to your place is minimal. 

I control & roll - where I want to see my green juice within 7 weeks - so I like to control an equity (building), advertise it for 3 weeks and have a public auction - collect my assignment and go to the next deal.

The juice isn't going to be worth the squeeze.

Then if you add a roommate to your side, you could really juice your budget.

sherrif sales are sometimes cash.. and sometime deposits. and then like up in NC you can have upset bids.. if someone their first time out of the gate bought a property that had 175k of juice in it..
