First - when is the anticipated court date for the eviction, and if successfully evicted, is the occupant removed immediately?

We anticipate that being the last thing that needs to be completed before we put this on the market.We also decided to put a subway tile type white backsplash as well.  

I say it's what it would fetch on the market, but there really aren't many comps except on the other end of my block where someone demo'ed a house (anticipating later construction) on a same-sized double lot (102x134) but their cross street is a quiet street, and mine is busy.

I'm not sure if anyone is following this or not but our STR has been up and running for about two weeks now and has been far more successful so far than we could have anticipated.

Though I don't anticipate needing keys and won't experience any damages ahead of this date, I'm uncomfortable with owning an asset that I cannot access in the event of emergency.

Can you clarify on the size/price of each as well as your anticipated revenue?

I like to overestimate a bit to ensure I'll have some wiggle room should it take longer than anticipated.

I am anticipating it would be very low to negative. 

Is there an anticipated lifespan on the refinish?
