@Rachel Gill We have a thing for older properties as well ... which is a good thing as our area is filled with Queen Anne, Second Empire, Victorian, Georgian, & Edwardian era buildings.It is possible to renovate these old buildings, making them moderately energy efficient (as good as a modern minimum code built home) and still maintain some of the period decor.  

Alternatively, it is a 3 bed now that could have 2 queen beds and bunk-beds in the third small bedroom, and even a pull out couch in Living room, but that could cramp a 1 bathroom home.

@Ejeanee Queen those areas are reasonable. 

I target mostly North Jersey but I have worked a few deals in Elizabeth and Linden.

Our apartment is a 2/1, 1100 sq ft in a very nice part of Queens.
