Flips in Southern sector of Ft. Worth?

Good Day BP! My name is Ejeanee, my husband and I are looking to finally take the plunge into real estate investing (after talking about it for way too long). I've literally been spending nearly every minute of my free time on this site for the past few weeks and am just amazed with the wealth of information here.

I'm curious if anyone has had any experience (and any success for that matter) flipping homes in the southern sector of Ft. Worth. I'm talking about the areas on either side of I35W, north of I20 and south of I30.  Any advice from anyone with experience investing in this area would be oh so appreciated. Happy investing!
