Although I do believe long term one could make a strong investment thesis for the area due to quality of life, population migration trends of millennial's and retirees, municipal capital investments being made such as new parks, ice skating rinks, white water park on the river, investments at Bachelor and OSU Cascades.

We're the typical millennial dual income no kid family, have a dog and cat and travel everywhere with them.

.• The system is app based for tenants and there is an assumption that everyone, is a millennial and will handle this fine.

Using 10- 50 'touches' with a guy in his 60s- 90s might soon prove counter productive... just as calling a millennial to 'invest' in RE as a 'private investor,' or 'venture capitalist,' probably isn't going to pan- out!
