So I would take with a grain of salt these third party sites.

Regarding condos, I am biased, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. 

In my area, commercial is starting to pick up a little bit, and multi-family seems to have bottomed out, so these might be indicative of some opportunities short-term as well.I guess my point is, when you hear about Atlanta, take everything you hear with a grain of salt.

We kind of look at Zillow but also we take it with a grain of salt.

The grass isn't trimmed back from the curb/sidewalk, shrubs overgrown, sometimes grass a foot high.Then when it snows you want your tenant to shovel and salt to reduce your liability?

When you see those claims of "37.5% of households have not made their housing payment for August" take it with a grain of salt.

Taking that with a grain of salt, just because it's TV, but curious nonetheless.  

I heard a quote once, something along these lines"The poor take forever to make up their mind, and then change their decisions quickly""The rich make decisions quickly, and take forever to change their minds"Sayings are just saying, take it with a grain of salt.

So outside of some feel good and self serving puffery, I'd take them with a grain of salt.
