I wanted to refinance the property to get money out of it and put it into another house or 2 but Im in my early twenties and just out of college so I don't qualify for a mortgage.

I also went to college (not that is mandatory) and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I found out that I was qualified to take a test and get a real estate broker license, so I took the test and got the license.

Im not necessarily set on a partnership but I am keeping an open mind about it and talking with people every opportunity I get.I am a college student as well so that limits my time a bit more and also my ability to work crazy hours hours to make money quickly.

I like some near Albright College but that zipcode goes deep into the center of reading which are nowhere near $60K.
