If I recall I may have had to call a detective locally to find out where to get the report. 

It seemed to be exactly what I wanted, but after my offer was accepted and the person I hired for the resale certificate was reviewing HOA documents, we learned there were some construction defects detected in the early months, and the latest unit impacted just this past month.

If it's a slab leak under your concrete, it can also go for years and be difficult to detect, and cause sooo much damage.

There was no smell and gas detectors did not detect any leakage.
